Chapel Stained Art Glass

St. Augustine defines a sacrament as, “an outward and visible sign of an inward and invisible grace.” The sacraments are mysteries which unfold in our lives the working of Christ and His grace.  This grace sanctifies us and strengthens our faith.  The liturgical life of the Church revolves around the Eucharistic sacrifice and  the sacraments.  That is why our chapel will prominently feature these “old world-style” art glass windows.

Handcrafted Works of Art

Each of these stained glass windows depicts one of the seven sacraments in  very intimate setting with Christ.  Above each scene is the citation of a scripture verse for the scene, a symbol of the sacrament, and, for some local flavor, the Lone Star of Texas and a native Texas wildflower.

Please consider this once in a lifetime opportunity to memorialize a gift for a loved one, or to make a donation to one of these seven Italian handcrafted windows that will glorify God, inspire the faithful, and beautify our  chapel for generations.
