Journeying together as a couple and as a deanery community in our faith.

St. John Neumann strives to  be a community of hope and help for marriages & families. The Marriage Ministry is committed to bringing couples into a closer intimate relationship with God and their mates by providing:
• tools to enrich marriage through education;
• activities to promote communication and intimacy;
• and biblical understanding of the precepts of marriage so that God will be glorified in our marriages.

We strive to be a ministry at St. John Neumann that brings married Catholic couples at all stages of their marriages together to strengthen their marriages so as to bring Christ’s loving presence more fully into their lives and the lives of our community.
•Offer opportunities for couples to develop friendships with other married couples
•Offer ways to keep our hearts one with Christ’s giving us strength for the journey
•Give us pause in life to spend some time with our spouses

“Beloved” Study for Married Couples

Understanding the true meaning of marriage is one thing, living it out is another. Beloved: Living Marriage examines the day-to-day challenges of being united as husband and wife, while maintaining individuality.

Beloved shows how to put faith at the center of your marriage. Learning to effectively communicate, turn conflict into understanding, avoid the pitfalls that wreck relationships, and understand sex in the context of authentic love are among the topics presented for helping relationships to thrive. We are offering three small-group sessions. Choose the time and location that is best for your schedule.

Part 1 – The Mystery and Meaning of Marriage
Part 1  will be offered in Spring 2018.

Part 2 – Living Marriage
Part 2 was offered in the Fall 2017.

Cost: $40.00 per couple (includes book)
$20.00 per couple (if you have the book)
