Become a Mass Volunteer

“Every liturgical celebration, because it is an action of Christ the priest and of his Body which is the Church, is a sacred action surpassing all others. No other action of the Church can equal its efficacy by the same title and to the same degree” (Catechism of the Catholic Church #278).

Do you have a heart for ministry? Would you like to hold the Blessed Sacrament in the palm of your hand? Are you a sociable person? Or do you like to get your hands dirty for the Lord? If you answered yes, then you might be a good fit for volunteering with one of our many Mass and liturgy volunteer groups. Below is a list of ministries you can join to get involved!

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion

The Eucharist is a central tenant of our faith and it provides grace and spiritual food for the spiritual life. Many of our parishioners hunger for our Lord. Our ministers see the importance of serving, appreciate taking part in this sacred role, and enjoy serving alongside fellow ministers. Won’t you join us in this important ministry?

We are in need of ministers at all Mass times. Training is open to those who are 16 years old, confirmed, and a registered parishioner. Sainthood is not required. 🙂
