Stations of the Cross

This popular Lenten devotional retraces the last events in the life of Christ culminating in his Crucifixion. Each event is artistically depicted as a “station” and displayed at various points in the Church. We follow a presider who leads and describes to us each station, we briefly pray and reflect, and then sing as the presider and altar servers move to the next station. We provide booklets so that all may easily participate. Please join us for this ancient form of prayer!

On Good Friday, we’ll have a special live stations of the cross behind a screen silhouette by our SJN youth! The devotion begins at 1:30 pm in the Church.

Fish Fry

Don’t forget to join us for the Fish Fry at 5:45 p.m. in Morris Hall. It is provided by our wonderful Knights of Columbus. The menu includes catfish, fries, Mac-and-Cheese, Tomato Basil Soup, cole slaw, freshly-made tartar sauce and fish dipping sauce, and drinks. It is an excellent time for fellowship with fellow parishioners. Most of all, each plate is $8, or $25 per family of four or more!
