We are here to help you complete the Sacraments of Initiation, coming into the fullness of the Catholic Christian community and strengthening you to continue your mission as a disciple of Christ.

Help us get to know you:
If you are interested in being confirmed, please fill out this form. You will then meet with our Director of Adult Faith Formation to discuss the best way for you to continue your faith formation and prepare for your confirmation. Classes take place during the summer, and may be scheduled sooner if there is interest.

Expectations:

• You are over age 18 and were baptized in the Catholic Church.
• You will need a sponsor: a Catholic in good standing who has received the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist) in the Catholic faith, is at least 16 years of age, and - if married - married in the Catholic church.
• You will provide a recent copy of your baptismal certificate (with notations), available from your church of baptism.
