As we mourn the passing of Pope Francis, we give thanks for his 12 years of faithful service as 265th Successor to St. Peter. His devotion to Mary, passion for social justice, and care for the poor will be lasting legacies.
We pray that our Holy Father, who has been received in the arms of our Lord will now rest from his earthly labors and hear the words, “Well done, my good and faithful servant (Mt. 25:21).”
At St. John Neumann, we will celebrate a Memorial Mass for the repose of the soul of Pope Francis on Saturday May 3 at 8:45AM in the church. At 9:30 AM, we will have a talk on the legacy of the Pope in Morris Hall.
Come help with a small landscape beautification project at a CF!V neighbor’s home, followed by a neighbor-led tour of the village.
When: Saturday, May 3, 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM.
Where: Community First! Village, 9301 Hog Eye Rd, Austin, Texas 78724.

Feel free to stop by and spend time with Jesus in the adoration chapel. We are always seeking more adorers. An adorer is someone who is assigned a specific time slot to pray with Jesus in the chapel and to ensure He is not alone. If you would like to sign up, you may email Mary at [email protected].
