Carrie's Journey to Independence

In May, an incredible story of transformation unfolded as the Mustard Seed Men (MSM) from St. John Neumann Catholic Church connected with Carrie, a single mother of two young and adorable children. Before receiving the Hyundai Elantra, Carrie faced daily challenges. The predatory loan on her previous car drained her finances, making even basic necessities a struggle. Now, with the support of MSM and their Work Wheels program, she has reliable transportation, allowing her to secure stable employment and ensuring a brighter future for her family.
The scripture tells us, "Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can move mountains" (Matthew 17:20). Inspired by this teaching, the Mustard Seed Men have moved mountains in the lives of many, including Carrie. By providing her with a car, they've not only eased her worldly burdens but also strengthened her faith, reminding her that with God, all things are possible.
SJN’s newest ministry, the MSM, has been a conduit to God’s graces for this struggling single mom. The MSM works in partnership with the John Paul II Life Center to find young mothers in need of reliable autos with the goal of promoting life. Amidst cheers and adorned with a grand pink bow, the 2015 Hyundai Elantra was presented to Carrie, marking a new chapter in her life where she knows God is good all the time.
